Our Shredded Chicken salad is our staple salad. Made with fresh greens, onion, peppers, fresh fruit, house-pickled watermelon radishes, and shredded chicken with out house made vinaigrette. We utilize local greens to the SLC area during the harvest season May-Aug. Variations in greens include Heritage Blends, Arugula, Spinach, and Romaine.
Our Tri-Tip steak salad is made with house tossed greens, a homemade vinaigrette fresh veggies and nuts.
Our mahi-mahi steak is grilled, tossed with house specialty greens and a homemade vinaigrette.
Proteins can be substituted to your liking if desired as they are made a la carte.
