This meal plan will include an assortment of proteins and vegetables from our weekly menu. Our Standard Paleo meal comes with one protein and two vegetable options per meal. In the paleo plan, there is less restrictive carb counts on vegetables so starchier vegetables (squashes, etc.) are permitted as well as fibrous fruit (in our salads). Please indicate in either your questionnaire or in your order notes any allergies or foods you do not eat.
