Our cauliflower rice is our specialty- that what happens when we’ve been preparing it for 4 years and going! We rice the cauliflower florets in house and toss on the plancha, then take the spice variation in a number of different eithnic directions. Tossed with a freshly prepared mirepoix and a few herbs, you’ve never tasted anything like this before! And it really remind you of rice!
