Breakfast Frittata

A spanish delicacy, our fritatta is baked in our oven with diced bacon or ground pork, free range eggs, onion, diced red pepper and sauteed spinach.

At times we can add in sun dried tomatoes as well

We are looking at possibly making these customizable where you can add / subtract ingredients and build them yourself, if it desired.
